The staff was super friendly and even offered us free cookies upon check-in. The bed was really comfortable and we hardly noticed any noise from other guests.

Had a lovely weekend here! The renovated lobby sets a welcoming tone, and the pet-friendly policy made traveling with our dog easy. Staff coordination was excellent, and we enjoyed our stay despite some minor room updates needed. Pro tip, book a room near the exit for easier pet access.

We had a fantastic group trip with friends! The location was perfect for exploring Charlotte's vibrant downtown, where we checked out some amazing local shops and enjoyed live music. Plus, the hotel was cozy enough to kick back and relax. Just keep in mind, some parts of the hotel could use updates, but overall, we had a great experience!

Unfortunately, the noise level was a bit high during our stay. We could hear neighbors and the air conditioner rattled, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.
